Information about returns, warranty and damage.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Small package €6.75 - Maximum size: 100 x 50 x 50 cm
Large package €13.00 - Maximum size: 176 x 78 x 58 cm
Have you received a damaged product?
Report the damage to email@example.com and enclose some photos of the damage. After the photos have been received and it has been established that the damage was not the fault of the customer, the order will be put back into production and you will receive it within 5 working days.
Custom designs or sizes (custom) can unfortunately not be returned.
The legal guarantee applies to our products, which means that you are entitled to a good product that does what you can reasonably expect from it.

Easy returns in 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Complete the enclosed return form or download the return form HERE and enter your order number.
Step 2: Send your order
Send the item together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track & Trace code. As a sender you are responsible for damage and loss of the return package. We do not want any misunderstandings to arise.
You can return the order at your own expense Attn PosterGuru Retouren, Ogierssingel 154, 3076 CW in Rotterdam We will check the order for damage and the original packaging upon arrival. All existing protective films on the posters must still be present. The supplied mounting plates must not be stuck on and must be supplied separately. We kindly ask you to pack the package as neatly and firmly as possible with the supplied protective accessories so that the product cannot be damaged during shipping. Upon approval, the amount will be refunded to the bank account known to us within three days.
Track & Trace
After returning, you must keep the track & trace code you received in case the package gets lost. If you no longer have this code and your return shipment has not arrived with us, unfortunately we cannot refund the return amount. PosterGuru is not liable for loss, damage or theft of the return shipment.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your account
As soon as we have received the package in good order, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within 1-3 working days.
